Workshop Schedule

WORKSHOP POLICY

To equally protect the instructor, student, and the CAFA, the following policy has been instituted regarding enrollment, refunds, and cancellations.

A $100 deposit is collected at the time of enrollment.  To enroll, an applicant must have a credit card, debit card, or bank account or a PayPal account to process payment.  No payments will be accepted by mail.  This $100 deposit is non-refundable.

If the workshop is full and you wish to be placed on the Waiting List, a $100 deposit will be collected.  This deposit is refundable unless you are moved to the Active List.  If you are moved to the Active List, you will be notified immediately via telephone and email. Your balance will be due 30 days prior to the workshop.  If you decline to be moved to the Active List at any time, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.  The Waiting List for a workshop will cease at 30 days prior to workshop and all refunds will be issued at that time.

Any enrollee on the Active List who drops 45 days prior to workshop will be refunded any amount paid less their $100 deposit as long as their slot is filled. If the cancellation occurs after the 45 days prior to workshop, money will not be refunded since it will be impossible to fill the slot.  All payments must be received before 45 days of the start of the workshop or you will forfeit your slot and $100 deposit.

If the workshop is cancelled by the Coppini Academy of Fine Arts, all money will be refunded.
